Calling all those concerned about cultural heritage protection in Beijing! Join us on September 3, 2011 as the Beijing Cultural Heritage Protection Center (CHP) holds a day of learning and creating. Participants will learn about Beijing’s traditional hutong lanes, including the chance to paint your own. All attendees who join on this day will also receive a free year of membership.
Beijing Cultural Heritage Protection Center members can attend all our events throughout the year for free. For other benefits, please refer to our member benefits page.

Content:

  • Beijing hutong and history documentary screening
  • Beijing hutong information and discussion session
  • Paint-your-own model hutong

Cost: RMB 70 per person (including a hutong model, and all painting equipment)
Registration: Please pay online 

 and call to confirm your place or pay in person by September 2 at CHP’s office to guarantee your place, as space is limited to 10 participants.
